Shoulder Massage

Head Spa Specialist

  • Must have a Bodywork Practioner License to practice massage in Lawrence, Ks and have completed a certified massage training program.

  • Availability for appts:  Evenings, Monday day/evenings, Thu day,  Sunday (by appt only -generally closed)

  • Offer 60 - 90 minute massages.

  • Specializing in deep tissue, lymphatic massage, scalp massage, hot stone & pressure point release.

  • Experience in Reiki a plus!​

  • Commission based 

  • Responsibilities include:

    • basic cleanup & set up of the treatment room, including assisting with spa laundry between appointments.

    • Working with our Social Media contact to provide photos and information to promote your techniques & services.

Massage Therapist

Licensed Cosmotologist & Head Spa Specialist

  • Must be a licensed cosmotologist in Kansas.

  • Will perform head spa treatments and facials (Luxury Headspa service), training provided.

  • Some experience with performing facials preferred.

  • Commission based 

  • This role also has the opportunity to work as a Hair Stylist with Lou & Co Hair Studio (shared space).

  • If you are performing head spa services only, we are open to you having hair clients at another salon and offering headspa services to your clients at Soul & Moss.

  • Availability: M-Sat, some day & evening availabilty, Sunday (by appt only-generally closed).

  • Responsibilities include:

    • basic cleanup & set up of the treatment room, including assisting with spa laundry between appointments.

    • working with our Social Media contact to provide photos and information to promote your  services.​

Head Spa Specialist

  • Must be at least 21 yrs of age

  • Will make drinks & ring them up at the spa bar

  • Shifts available: Thursdays 5p-9pm, Saturday morning 9a-1p, Friday & Saturday nights 6p-10/11pm

  • Bar closes between 10-11pm for night shifts

  • Manage inventory system

  • Assist & support marketing spa bar & events

  • Assist with spa tasks when available during shift (back up for laundry change outs. general reception & spa assistant tasks)

  • Must have an interest in wellness, skincare & learn about our spa services - guests will ask about services

  • Have the opportunity to assist with our DIY Social Facials at the bar.

  • Hourly pay + tips

Bartender / Spa Assistant

Front Desk Reception

  • Answers phones, greet clients, schedule appointments for both salon and spa clients

  • Assist with general spa tasks assigned

  • Preferrably 21yrs+ to be able to make drinks at the spa bar, but will consider all qualified applicants

  • An excellent opportunity for newly graduated estheticians or cosmetologists seeking to gain experience in salon and spa operations & possible growth with our team into these positions.

  • Qualitiy attributes: communicative, self starter & take initiative, friendly & outgoing demeanor.

  • Availability needed: Tuesday, Thursdays & must be available to work 2 Saturdays/month
